After the battle Bilbo get back home with tokens, treasures, and the magic ring, not only that Bilbo has become a different hobbit who loves adventure and the wonder outside of Hobbiton.

Because it is the fifth book, makes it really interesting to see the character progress to the best, tragedies they faced, and the trademark of George’s unpredictable line of story. If you read through the game of throne until feast of crows, this book certainly is a must read. Not only this book is by far the latest from the seven series, which only makes it more desirable as after knowing then could hardly wait for the newest book to be finalized.

The novel is full of magic, family love, the longing of the Queen of her daughter, and the friendship between Rosie and Peony who seeks acceptance and love because her adoptive parents are not as caring as Rosie’s adoptive family. All in all is a different kind of Sleeping Beauty version where the princess is not so helpless at all, and no prince charming to give the true love kiss to awaken the princess, but a princess of her own strength and bravery.
