The beliefs we cultivate abridge our lives. They can bring us happiness or, on the contrary, piles of sadness. Here are four beliefs (you have not learned at home or at school) that will turn your life for the better.
1. Find Meaning In Life
Spend some time trying to sort out what is important in your life and why is it important. What is it that you want to achieve in your life? What are your dreams? What makes your happy? Your meaning in life gives you purpose and sets the direction of how you want to live your life. Without meaning you will spend the rest of your life wandering through life aimlessly with no direction, focus, or purpose.
2. I create my own life
When you realize this and tell it to you daily, your victim mentality disappears. You realize that life does not happen to you, but it happens through you. Synchronization is more and more common, including seeing certain sequence of figures (11:11, 22:22, 14:14) more and more often. You are in the right place at the right time and you meet the right people. There is no need to fight and shake. The good comes just to you.
3. My body has the ability to heal itself
The idea is old in Jesus’ time and sustained by actual spiritual leaders and even by science. I’m not telling you to give up drugs or your family doctor. But just be aware of and use the power with which you were born. Give your body the mental command to be healthy, you have an iron faith that this state is possible, and see what happens.
4. Death is an illusion
The greatest fear of the people, from which the rest of the fears, is the fear of death. For years we have been told that death is the end, that if we do not behave in a certain way, we will end up in hell and suffer. You are more than your physical body. You are soul and spirit. These are the divine part of you, the immortal one. The physical body is just an avatar with which you live the earthly experience. When it wrinkles and stops functioning, the spirit continues its journey. Now, do you understand why death is being talked about as a passing into the unknown?
5. Love is a choice
Love is one of the most misunderstood words, though our heart knows what love is. Love is a state of being that involves the joy of living, compassion, empathy, generosity, kindness, lack of conditioning. The experiences we have in childhood, society and the media take us away from love and make us live in a constant state of fear. They make us believe that love is something conditioned, coming from the outside. Let’s be afraid we’ll lose love when we find her. When, in fact, love is our very essence. That is why love is a choice.
6. Set Your Goals To Achieve Your Dreams
Once you know what is important in your life and what your dream life looks like for you, you need to take action and set your long-term, medium, and short-term goals. It is acting on these goals that enable you to achieve your dreams
Remember your goals may change. Always be flexible with setting and achieving your goals as things in life change and your goals need to reflect these changes. It’s the small steps that you take that create the momentum for change to happen in your life
